How To Make A Great Pizza Recipe Right From Scratch (rajiv tiwari)

Ingredients For Pizza Recipe Of Dough:

* 1 package of active dry yeast
* 1 cup of warm water
* 2 tablespoons of canola oil
* Salt according to your preference
* 1 teaspoon of sugar
* 3 ? cups of all purpose flour

* 1 can of tomato sauce
* ? cup of chopped onion
* ? teaspoon of Italian seasoning
* ? teaspoon of garlic powder

* 1 can of mushroom stems and pieces, drained
* 1 medium green pepper, sliced

Directions:

1. In a separate bowl, dissolve all the yeast in water.

2. Add the oil, salt, sugar and 2 cups flour for the dough of the pizza recipe. Beat fast to mix the dough thoroughly and keep adding more flour to form dough with a soft consistency.

3. Put in on a floured surface; and knead well until it has a smooth and elastic consistency. Place pizza recipe dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rest in a warm place for 10 minutes allowing it to rise.

4. In a separate bowl, combine the sauce ingredients for the pizza recipe; and keep aside for later.

5. Divide the dough in half. On a floured surface, roll each portion and transfer to greased pan especially for pizza recipes. Pierce the dough thoroughly with a fork to ensure that it cooks through.

6. Bake the pizza recipe for the dough in the oven at around 200? C.

7. Spread pizza recipe sauce over the cooked pizza bases, evenly.

8. Put the sausages, mushrooms, green pepper and cheese on top and bake until the cheese has nicely melted.

How To Make Pasta From Scratch, The Simple Way (rajiv tiwari)

Ingredients For Dough Of Pasta Recipe:

* 8 cups flour
* 8 eggs
* 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:

1. To make your pasta recipe from scratch, put 7 ? cups of flour in the middle of a clean surface in the shape of a mound. Make a hole in the middle and add eggs and the olive oil. Beat the mixture well, starting from the inside and mix well to make the best pasta recipe.

2. Knead the dough with both your hands and make sure it's one huge mass by itself. Pick up the dough and scrape all the remaining bits from the work surface.

3. Lightly flour the surface some more and knead the dough for a little longer.

4. For the perfect pasta recipe, the dough should be elastic and have a slightly sticky consistency. Wrap the dough in cling film and keep it aside for half an hour room temperature.

* 6 tablespoons chopped thyme leaves
* 1 medium carrot, grated
* 4 cans peeled whole tomatoes, crushed with juices
* Salt to taste

Directions:

1. To make the sauce for the pasta recipe, in a large pan heat olive oil over a medium flame.


2. Stir in the onion and garlic, cook until soft and slightly brown.

3. Add the thyme and carrot until the carrot is quite soft for the pasta recipe.

4. Add the tomatoes and juice, keep stirring and bring to a boil. Simmer till consistency is quite thick and add salt to taste.

5. You can freeze the sauce for up to six months to keep making the pasta recipe you love!

Ingredients For Final Pasta Recipe:

* 8 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
* 2 medium red onions, diced
* 2 stalk celery, chopped
* 2 pounds Portobello mushrooms, quartered
* 2 ounces dried porcini mushrooms, soaked 10 minutes in warm water
* 2 cups tomato sauce that you've made
* ? cup parsley, finely chopped

Directions For Final Pasta Recipe:

1. Now to make the final pasta recipe, heat olive oil in a large pan.

2. Add the onion and celery and cook over a medium flame till it's soft.

3. Add mushrooms and cook for around 10-12 minutes.

4. Add tomato sauce from the pasta recipe and bring the mixture to a boil.

5. Meanwhile, boil pasta in water until soft, for a minute.

6. Drain and add it to the pan with the sauce. Cook until well-coated.

7. Add the parsley and your pasta recipe is ready to serve!
