Raspberry Cheesecake Cupcakes

2, 8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Vanilla wafers

Whip together cream cheese, sugar, egg and vanilla. Put a vanilla wafer in the bottom of cupcake paper. Pour in filling and bake at 375 degrees F for 10 minutes. Let cool and spoon fresh raspberries or canned raspberry pie filling on top of each one. Store in refrigerator.
