Is there anything else i can do with chunk light tuna (in water) in a can? I'm sick of just mixing it with mayo and having a sandwich. Can't you make a kind of tuna burger out of it? Tuna salads are also out of the question. Thank you all in advanceTuna Recipes?I like mine fried.

Spray frying pan and brown on each side.Tuna Recipes?
You said no tuna salad but how about a pasta salad? My fave pasta salad is any short pasta ( I like fusilli or shells) tossed with drained canned tuna, black olives, cherry or grape tomatoes (cut in half), feta cheese or parmasan cheese (I prefer parm but my mom prefers feta), salt and pepper to taste, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. It is delish straight away but I prefer it after it has been refrigerated a little bit. Yummy!
Another idea is the good old classic tuna noodle casserole. Here's an easy way to do it. Toss together cooked drained egg noodles, drained canned tuna, a can of cream of celery soup, salt and pepper to taste, and some cheese. Stir it well and pour into a baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Delish!
Good luck!
*****************TUNA TETRAZZINI
8-12 oz. pkg. broad noodles
3/4 cube butter
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
2 sm. or 1 lg. can tuna, drained
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 sm. can black olives, either chopped or pitted
2 1/2 oz. sliced mushrooms
Cook noodles in boiling water, do not cook until done, just until they are soft, about 7 minutes. Drain, but do not run under water. Saute the onion until glazed in the butter. Add the soup and evaporated milk, stir up.
Then add the cheese, stir again. Put in the mushrooms. Break up the tuna into bite-size pieces and fold that into the rest of the ingredients, and warm everything up. Add the olives, noodles, and mix gently. Pop into a 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 1 hour in a 375 degree oven. Do not cover.

Faux Crab Cakes
I like to copy a favorite pasta salad from Souper Salad. I mix a can of tuna with a little chopped red onion, celery, and about 2 cups cooked pasta. Add just enough mayo to moisten it, and salt and pepper to taste.
