no carbs.I usually take some mayonaise, celery, lemon juice. Makes a nice salad, but gets bland after a while.

One thing that's good (imo) is to take a bell pepper, and make a stuffed pepper using tuna salad stuff instead of a meatloaf style filling. Put some shredded cheese on top and bake it, and it's really good, like a mix between a tuna melt and a stuffed pepper. Of course, it would probably be gross with some tuna salad recipes, but just use common sense.
Tuna, Lemon, and Caper Sauce Sounds weird, but is easy and really good. I add some crushed red pepper flakes and serve with bow-tie pasta. I know they have low-carb pastas, right? http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe鈥?/a>
Tuna salad made with Kraft Wasabi Mayo and about one teaspoon of soy sauce is great. Bonus points if you toss in some minced cucumber, and I've considered adding jicama, but never have it just laying around so...
Instead of lettuce, they are good with sprouts or watercress also. Diced apple would probably be good too.
Some people add some relish to their tuna salad, or a chopped up hard-boiled egg.
When I have it around, diced bell pepper is a great addition. Real clean and crisp.

Spanish Style Tuna Salad (All right, I don't get how it is spanish, but it's damn tasty.)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 seedless oranges, peel and white pith removed
1 small red onion, halved, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 9-ounce can white meat tuna packed in water, drained well, separated into chunks
1/4 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
8 cups mixed salad greens
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Whisk oil, vinegar and garlic in large bowl to blend. Working over bowl with dressing, cut oranges between membranes, releasing segments into bowl. Add onion, bell pepper, tuna, olives and parsley; toss. Season with salt and pepper. (Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover; refrigerate.)
Divide salad greens among plates. Spoon tuna salad over, dividing equally. Garnish with almonds.Recipes for canned tuna?

make a salad with iceberg lettuce, bacon, tuna, capers, onions, swiss, and rice vinegar. YuM!
Stuffed peppers. If you use little peppers, you could just pop them in your mouth (maybe try jalapeno peppers this way, if you are courageous).
Tuna patties -- mix tuna with drained and pressed ';cotton'; tofu, and some season salt (minced onions and celery would work, too), then form into patties and fry. You don't need to worry about cooking all the way through, because all the ingredients are already cooked.
Tuna alfredo with spaghetti squash ';pasta';. Or maybe with harusame (bean threads?) made from beans, not wheat. Or Tuna Primavera with bean threads or spaghetti squash.
Tuna works really well with spaghetti sauce, too.
Tuna chowder? Man, I'm really stretching the limits now. Hope you find some yummy ideas!
Oh, I forgot a favorite of mine: make a nest of slightly steamed or slightly boiled spinach, then put some tuna on top. Season with soy sauce -- add some slivered almonds if you like. Mmmmm!
