Being healthy and getting in shape is a one step at a time process. Don't stress!! It's easier than you think. You just have to want it bad enough to take the steps to get there. Once you determine to make and keep your goals, nothing will stop you!! It's great to have a good support group or connection, if you feel you need the motivation or like to have as much information on health, meal ideas and exercises as you can get your hands on!
