1 cup BBQ sauce1/2 cup hot water
2 pounds turkey (thigh meat best)
2 large potatoes, unpeeled, cut into 8 pieces each
6 medium carrots, cut into sticks
1 sweet onion, slice
1 green pepper, slice
1 red pepper, slice
salt and pepper (I use McCormick Steakhouse blend for seasoning)
In a medium bowl, blend water and BBQ sauce. Layer turkey and vegetables in crock pot and season as desired. Pour sauce over meat and vegetables. Cover and cook on low about 9 hours. Serve and enjoy.
